I don't know many chick lit. sites, but I love http://www.romancingtheblog.com/blog/ (I wrote for them for a little while but had to quit due to time constraints). I really recommend its wonderful reader and writer perspectives.

isn't about authors but it is a handy site that reviews countless chicklit books, by author, genre, popularity, etc. It's a great way to stay up to date with what's currently in the market. (e.g. I had no idea that chck-lit with recipes was so popular it's already it's own sub-sub-genre)
